CHOOSING LOVE YOU MORE

Clients seek us out for floral designs that are bold, unexpected, and inspired by the natural world - its shapes, textures, and movements. Each arrangement is crafted to feel alive, artful, and entirely unique, with every bloom interacting with its environment to celebrate nature in its most expressive form.

Our Process

01. Initial Contact & Inquiry

Begin by reaching out through our website inquiry form. This allows us to gather the details needed to thoughtfully understand your event, your vision, and what matters most to you before we start designing.

02. Customized Proposal

Once we’ve reviewed your inquiry, we’ll create a customized floral proposal designed specifically for your event. This is sent to the email provided within two to three business days and will outline the overall vision, floral approach, and investment. During wedding season and holidays, please allow up to three to five business days for a response.

03. Collaborative Effort

After receiving your proposal, we’ll work together to refine the details. This collaborative phase allows for creative and budgetary refinements, ensuring the design feels aligned with your vision and we have a deep understanding of the design concept before moving forward. Communication may take place via email, Zoom, or a phone call.

04. Mockup & Final Details

If a mockup is part of our decided design process, it will be scheduled approximately 60–75 days prior to your event. A final details meeting will take place around 45 days out to confirm the full scope of your florals. Two weeks prior to your event, we’ll gather final logistics, including timelines, venue access, and vendor coordination to ensure everything is aligned.

05. Event Day Execution

On the day of your event, our team brings every detail to life. With careful preparation behind the scenes, we ensure a seamless installation. Our florists remain on-site for repurposing when applicable and return for strike, allowing each space to be fully utilized and seamlessly executed.
