Introduction These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of this website and the provision of products and services by Love You More Florals LLC ("Love You More Florals," "we," "our," or "us"), a Colorado limited liability company. By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, placing a retail order, or booking our services, you ("Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and clients unless otherwise superseded by a separate written agreement executed between you and Love You More Florals.

Services Provided Love You More Florals provides floral design and production services, including but not limited to: weddings, events, private gatherings, retail orders, and other custom floral commissions ("Services"). All Services are subject to availability and the terms outlined in any applicable proposal, written agreement, or invoice provided for your order or event.

Agreement Formation An agreement between Love You More Florals and the Client ("Agreement") is formed upon acceptance of the applicable proposal and receipt of the required retainer or payment. These Terms, together with the applicable proposal, invoice, or other written documents, constitute the entire Agreement and supersede any prior discussions, representations, or understandings.

Availability and Substitutions Flower and material availability may vary due to seasonality, weather, and supply conditions. Love You More Florals reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or greater quality, value, and aesthetic suitability while maintaining the overall design intent.

Proposal and Design All proposals, concepts, and creative materials remain the intellectual property of Love You More Florals and may not be reproduced or shared without written consent. Due to the nature of fresh flowers, final designs may vary slightly from inspiration images.

Pricing and Payment Pricing is based on current market conditions and the scope of services outlined in the applicable proposal. Payment terms are outlined in the written agreement. The final balance and payment schedule are reflected in the applicable invoice, and the proposal provides the detailed breakdown of services and line items.

Cancellation Cancellation terms are governed by the applicable written agreement. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, retainers and payments are non-refundable.

Delivery and Installation Delivery and installation services will be performed as outlined in the applicable agreement. The Client is responsible for providing appropriate venue access, parking, loading areas, and any required permissions. Additional costs caused by delays, restricted access, or requested changes may apply.

Retail Orders Retail orders are subject to seasonal availability. Substitutions may be necessary and will be selected to maintain the overall style, color palette, and value of the arrangement.

Rental Items Rental items, including vessels, candles, structures, and decor elements, remain the property of Love You More Florals. The Client is responsible for lost or damaged items and may be charged the full replacement cost.

Liability Love You More Florals maintains General Liability Insurance with coverage up to $1,000,000. Love You More Florals is not responsible for delays, damages, or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, transportation delays, venue restrictions, or other force majeure events.

Image Rights Love You More Florals reserves the right to photograph completed work and use images for portfolio, website, social media, publications, awards, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Amendments Love You More Florals reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication on this website.

Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

Acceptance By accessing this website, placing an order, or booking services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
